The broad range of technologies we use spans UV, NIR and ir. Together with ts (Thermo-Air technology) hot air drying, this offers our customers numerous synergies through fully integrated solutions. Photochemical hardening is primarily used for inks, coatings and silicons. While IR technology and Thermo-Air are mainly employed in drying and molding, NIR technology offers an extremely broad range of applications. This includes nearly all types of drying and curing on various different media, as well as heating a wide variety of materials. The combination of UV and NIR technologies gives an additional, highly customer-focused dimension to our many applications. In most cases, the “Plug & Produce” method allows NIR technology to be installed within 48 hours of system delivery. Our booster solutions also allow existing systems to be easily upgraded to twice the process speed without taking up any additional space.
